TERMS AND CONDITION

• Since there is no installation fee, the first payment will serve as your payment for the entire month (Advance Payment).

• All equipment (Modem, Fiber Cables, and Fixing Tools) are property of Pipol Broadband and will be retrieved if the subscriber decides to disconnect their internet service.

• Equipment must be in GOOD AND WORKING CONDITION upon retrieval, complete with power adapter. 

• If the modem or any equipment is damaged or not working, the subscriber will be charged the replacement cost.

• A 300 disconnection fee is required so that the subscriber will not be blacklisted by the company and may still reapply in the future if the service is needed again.

• We implement a prepaid payment system. We give a 15-day grace period from your account’s due date.

  • Accounts that exceed the 15-day allowance after the due date will be disconnected.

• Any disconnected account will be re-activated only after full payment is completed.

• Even if no demand for payment is issued, subscribers are still obliged to settle any unpaid balances.

• Pipol Broadband is not liable for any illegal activities the subscriber engages in while using the internet service.

• The minimum transfer fee is ?300 and the maximum is 500, depending on the distance of relocation.
